BREAKAGE / DEFECTIVE
At ImpressionsGift.com we do our best to insure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you do receive broken and/or defective merchandise just contact us within three days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.
To return non-defective merchandise, contact us within 15 days of receipt to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be written on the shipping label. Returns must be properly packed and shipped with a tracking number. Refunds will be given for proper returns less the original shipping charge. In addition a restocking fee of 15-25% will be deducted depending on the item. Please contact us for more specific details.

Some items are Not STOCKED and are Special Ordered for our customers. We will attempt to cancel order if not yet processed by our Suppliers. If succesful , a refund will be given in full. Orders once processed and/or shipped are not cancellable. ( See RETURNS Policy above. ) Packages REFUSED for Delivery will incur additional charges.

Much time is spent in obtaining the most accurate information for Price & Product description. However at times an error can occur. In the event of incorrect price , we reserve the right to make corrections , and will consult with you before proceeding with your order. In addition , product images online are not always true to color. We are not responsible for such occurences. It is recommended that customers see the item in real life before purchasing.
